Needless to say, many of the conditions imposed by the
Global Debt Facility were “shelved” by the U.S.A. at the outbreak of World War II (1938-1945). What America did not inform the Royal Families about was the fact that America and its bankers utilised a large percentage of the “bail out facility” provided by the Global Debt Facility in the early 1930’s, to finance both sides of the war.
